Traditional methods of learning and teaching are mainly based on textbooks and reproducing content on paper for assessments. This style of teaching is not suited for all types of learners. Additionally, textbooks tend to set a boundary to student's knowledge and automatically hinder exploration. Furthermore, the assessments to check understanding of concepts cannot be solely paper-pencil tests, but should involve other tools to give a holistic picture of the student.
